SCARBRINGER is a Belgian metal band from West-Flanders.

The band has existed in some form or another since 2019.

Back then, Thomas Gadeyne gathered a bunch of friends to get together and play some music. Jonas Corneillie was asked to drum and Jonas Muls performed bass. Not long after, Miquel Anseeuw joined in on guitar.

The band quickly found their groove and after a couple of months of rehearsing, SCARBRINGER performed their very first try-out at Café De Piraat in Lichtervelde, opening for bands like Carneia, Beyond the Labyrinth and Fields of Troy.

The COVID-19 pandemic put a quick stop to any momentum the band was gaining, but after everything went back to normal, SCARBRINGER performed a bunch of shows at the legendary B-52 Club in Eernegem, several youth centres and bars across West and East Flanders and even got the opening spot at Hillrock 2022. They also released two music videos and a 3-song EP called 'The Young Wolves EP".

Over the years, additional band members have come and gone, but the core line-up always stayed the same. Untill June 2nd 2024 when frontman and founder Thomas decided to leaved the band.
Not long after, Scarbringer also parted ways with bass player Mr Muls. The band went on a hiatus to reflect and decide the band's future.

After long consideration, Miquel decided to take over as main vocalist. His guitar duties were passed on to new member Davy Deforche. A new bass player was found in the form of Kevain Masselis, well known as the vocalist of metal band Phoenix Rebellion.

With a new line-up, revamped logo, re-written songs, new music on the way, renewed energy and attitude, SCARBRINGER is once again ready to kick ass and take over any stage they set foot on!
